The writ petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:- "a. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to peacefully carry on his livelihood though his vending/ business; b. confiscating his goods/items and destroying them and not to create unnecessary hurdles/problems for the petitioner from peacefully carrying out his livelihood;
c. Pass any such directions or order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the abovementioned case." 2.
As we go through the writ petition, we find that there is not a single allegation laid either against the Municipal Corporation of Delhi or the Delhi Police or any of their authorities having impeded the activity of vending of the writ petitioner or any harassment being caused.

In view thereof, we find no justification to entertain the writ petition which shall consequently stand dismissed. 4.
This order, however, shall be, without prejudice to the right of the writ petitioner, to approach the Court again, if circumstances so warrant.
