After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the recruitment pursuant to the impugned advertisement has taken place some time ago, the petitioner does not wish to press this writ petition. However, all rights and contentions of the petitioner remain reserved, in the event, a similar grievance arises in respect of any other recruitment, whether by the present respondents or any other party.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending applications, is disposed of with these observations.
