O R D E R

% 05.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a woman, aged about 70 years and is suffering from various ailments. Petitioner has not executed the Agreement to Sell, GPA, Affidavit, Will, possession letter, receipt or any other document. Petitioner has not received any money from the complainant in respect of the property in question. Petitioner has been living in the property in question all along. Petitioner will cooperate in investigation.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to her furnishing a

personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

Petitioner shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when she is called upon to do so.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
