A Writ Petition under Article 226 read with Article 21 Constitution of India with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking Protection and Security against Respondent No.1 and 2 and also for directing the Respondents to take action on their Complaint dated 08.10.2024 and 16.10.2024.

Learned ASC for the State submits that the Mobile Number of the concerned SHO and Beat Constable have been provided to the Petitioners and requisite directions have been given for providing protection to the Petitioners. It is further submitted that FIR No.414/2024 dated 05.11.2024 P.S. Jamia Nagar has already been registered on the Complaints. 3.

The second prayer made in the present Petitioner already stands satisfied.
