The writ petition already stands disposed of vide order dated 16.12.2024 when parole of four weeks was granted by the predecessor bench. The petitioner now is supposed to surrender tomorrow (02.04.2025) as he got released late. Originally, the petitioner had sought and was granted parole to take care of his ailing mother. Now, the extension has been sought on petitioner's own medical grounds.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty file formal writ petition. The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
