The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking a direction to the police officials of Police Station Tigri to allow the petitioner to meet with her daughter.

The petitioner essentially seeks access to her daughter. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition filed by the petitioner's daughter [W.P.(CRL) 947/2024] was disposed of by directing the petitioner herein not to interfere with the married and peaceful life of the petitioners. He submits that the petitioner in no manner whatsoever will interfere with the life of their daughter, however, just wants to be in touch with her to maintain the family ties.

the phone number of the concerned Beat Officer who had appeared before this Court on an earlier occasion in W.P.(CRL.) 947/2024 would be provided to the petitioner, and the petitioner would be at liberty to contact the concerned Beat Officer and decide the future course of action with regard to maintaining ties with her daughter.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in case any grievance remains.
