This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that Petitioner has not spelled out any dispute in the entire petition which is required to be referred for arbitration and therefore this petition deserves to be dismissed on this ground alone. Counsel for the Petitioner fairly agrees that the pleadings are not happily worded and there are no details of the disputes arising between the parties albeit the notice invoking arbitration does obliquely refers to them and seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, with complete and better particulars. 3.

This petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. 4.
