W.P.(C) 1746/2017 & CM Nos.7789/2017 (for interim directions), 10487/2017 (for directions) Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the subsequent to filing of the present petition, the respondents have passed order dated 28.03.2017, which has been independently impugned in WP(C) 3326/2017 titled LN Malviya Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. vs. National Highways Authority of India & Anr. and this petition can be disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise all WP(C)1746/2017

grounds in the subsequent petition impugning the order passed by the respondents dated 28.03.2017.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, which would be considered in WP(C) 3326/2017.
