% 27.01.2020 CM APPL. 3274/2020 (by R-2) This application seeks correction of a typographical error in the order dated 29.11.2019.

The writ petition had assailed an award dated 12.07.2004, however, erroneously the date of the said award has been typed as 12.07.2014 in the order dated 29.11.2019.

The error is evident and it is rectified accordingly. The date of the award shall be read as 12.07.2004. The application is allowed and disposed-off in terms of the above. NAJMI WAZIRI, J JANUARY 27, 2020 AB
