% 30.03.2017 Ex.P.155/2014 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016, which has been approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court.

Since the subject property is situated at Sindhora Kalan, Railway Crossing No.2, Bharat Nagar Road, Delhi-110052, therefore the matter is transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, (Central) (Headquarters), Tis Hazari Courts Delhi for 03.05.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court.
