After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application.

As such, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.

However, considering that out of the forty-five witnesses only sixteen witnesses have been examined and out of them three witnesses have only been partly examined, as also the applicant has been facing incarceration for more than six years and nine months, the learned Trial Court is requested to make all endeavours for concluding the evidence of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
