% 23.02.2017 After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners on the instructions of petitioner no.1 who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. However, it is submitted that petitioners be granted time upto 31st March, 2017 for vacating the subject premises, i.e., House No. CB-6D, 3rd Floor, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi - 110088. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1, on the instructions of respondent no.1 who is present in Court, submits that respondent no.1 has no objection in case time upto 31st March, 2017 is granted to the petitioners to

vacate the premises.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. However, operation of the impugned order is stayed upto 31st March, 2017. In case the subject premises is not vacated by the petitioners by 31st March, 2017, SHO of the concerned police station shall get the subject property vacated from the petitioners and put the respondent no. 1 in possession. Dasti.
