By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 583/2024, dated 02.09.2024, registered at Police Station Narela, for offences punishable under Sections 386, 387, 120B, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, read with Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
