O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 34/2018 This is a petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes between the parties.

Having perused the contents of the application and no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondent, the time for making of the award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from today.
