This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant for the grant of interim bail for a period of 08 weeks in case FIR no. 05/2025, registered at PS Crime Branch, under Sections 21/25/29 NDPS Act. 2.

Mr. Yuvraj Singh, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner/applicant states that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the application and has thus requested for withdrawal of the bail application.
