Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has moved an application seeking substituted service qua the defendants on 29.09.2018. However, the application is not on record. Learned counsel for the plaintiff further submits that for the purposes of pecuniary jurisdiction, the suit is valued at Rs.1,11,27,532/- which is less than Rs. 2 Crores and requests that the matter may be sent to the learned District Courts. At request, the matter is transferred before the learned District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts (West) and the parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts (West) on 01.02.2019.
