The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking production of his four years old child.

The petitioner has alleged that respondent No.3, who is the mother of the child, has not been taking his due care. It is also submitted that the petitioner has not met his child for last one year and is unaware about the whereabouts of the child. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has joined proceedings through video-conferencing, on advance notice. 4.
