% 30.07.2018 The case is listed on an office note. The petitioner was granted parole to file a SLP in FIR No. 393/2007. However, he is undergoing imprisonment in FIR no.286/1990 as well. In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner cannot be released on parole till an order is passed in the other case as well.
