A status report has been filed, on advance notice of the present petition, by the Station House Officer ('SHO') Police Station ('PS') Rajinder Nagar in which it is pointed out that Mr. Mukul Saigal, son of the Petitioner, is not being illegally detained by anyone. He was at his sister's address in Paschim W.P. (Crl.) 689/2018 Page 1 of 2

Vihar as late as 11.30 pm on 5th March 2018, after which she and her husband claimed to not have any information about his whereabouts.

3. Prima facie it appears that the Petitioner's son is not any illegal detention by anyone.

4. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

5. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
