HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

% 01.03.2017 Crl. M.A. No.3500/2017 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

CRL.M.C. 825/2017 The impugned order dated 10th February, 2017 challenged in the present petition passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate reads as under:

"Harshvardhan Reddy vs. State of NCT of Delhi

ORDER

CRL.M.C. 825/2017

The anticipatory bail of the accused Harshvardhan Reddy was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 24.08.2016. Similar cases are pending against the accused till date. The accused failed to join investigation despite his anticipatory bail had been dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 24.08.2016. The accused is deliberately avoiding to join investigation.

Hence no ground for dropping of proceeding under Section 82 Cr.P.C. against accused Harshvardhan Reddy is made out.

Application stands dismissed and consigned to record room."

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that his application for anticipatory bail has been dismissed by this Court. He also does not dispute the fact that he has not joined the investigation. I find no error in the impugned order.

Petition is dismissed.
