The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] against the order dated 24.05.2025 passed by learned District Judge05, South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, the Application under Order I Rule 10 of the CPC filed by the Petitioners has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court.
