% 05.07.2018 I.A. No.4897/2917 (delay of 47 days) and I.A. No.4896/2017 (for recall of order dated 10.01.2017) The objections to the arbitral award in the present case were dismissed on 10th January, 2017. Neither party had appeared on the said date. Thereafter, the award was made rule of court. Subsequently, the DDA has filed this application for restoration of its objections and for recalling the order dated 10th January, 2017. None has been appearing for the Plaintiff. The copies of the applications were sent but even then none appears. As per the records of the Court, Mr. Praveen Pahuja and Ms. Upasana Pahuja are the counsels for the Plaintiff. The Defendant is directed to serve them at the address given in the vakalatnama being C-2/19A, Model TownIII, Delhi-110009. Notice be served dasti on the counsels. The Registry is also directed to send intimation through SMS on the Mobile number of the counsel being 9871270660.

DDA is also directed to serve notice in the application on the Plaintiff as well.
