% 29.04.2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has duly complied with the impugned orders dated 17th March, 2015 and 12th September, 2015 and has paid the entire amount by way of cheque no. 162073 of Indian Overseas Bank, Bhiwadi dated 27th February, 2015 amounting Rs.204523.00/- (Rupees Two Lac Four Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Three only).
Learned counsel for the respondent had earlier taken time to verify this fact. Today, learned counsel for the respondent has confirmed that the petitioner had deposited the entire amount due towards them.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition as the same has become infructuous.
