In absence of there being any vending certificate in favour of the petitioner, we see no reason to cause interference with order dated 17th February, 2025 of the Office of Cooperative Ombudsman/respondent no. 2. 2.

However, we make it clear that since the petitioner is subjected to survey, once the survey is over, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner has liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above the petition stands disposed of. 4.
