This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the yearly increase granted as per the judgment and decree dated 7.5.2014 will be taken as 10% and not 15% and the interest which will be payable to the appellant/defendant by the respondent/plaintiff will not be 10% as stated in this judgment but only will be 7% per annum simple. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
