By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 408/2019, registered at Police Station Chhawla, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter „IPC‟). 2.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the applicant has joined investigation and the supplementary chargesheet has also been filed in the present case.

This Court notes that on 23.09.2025, the following order was passed: "5. It is stated that the FIR in the present case was registered in the year 2019. However, the police failed to take any action, which is also mentioned in the order dated 12.09.2025, passed by the learned Additional & Sessions Judge-(FTSC) (RC), South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi.

The learned APP for the State, on instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer (I.O.), submits that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required.

Accordingly, the interim protection granted to the applicant vide order dated 23.09.2025 of this Court is made absolute. 6.
Since the chargesheet in the present case also stands filed, the applicant herein is granted bail, on his furnishing persona, bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Successor Court, on the following conditions: (i) The applicant shall inform his residential address and mobile number to the learned Trial Court as well as to the concerned I.O., and in case of change of same, he shall inform the updated details to the learned Trial Court by way of an affidavit.
(ii) The applicant shall surrender his passport, and will not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.
(iii) The applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity during the period of bail.
(iv) The applicant shall appear before the learned Trial Court regularly.
