The petitioners have assailed order dated 22.07.2025 of the appellate court, whereby the present respondents were allowed to place on record additional documents in view of Order XLI Rule 27(1)(b) CPC. 2.

It is contended by learned counsel for petitioners that the impugned order is not sustainable because same application had earlier been allowed in the year 2014 and the same is a clear error apparent on the face of the record.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions of his client present in courtroom seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file review application before the appellate court. 4.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
