The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents not to act in furtherance of the cancellation advice dated 15th January, 2018 and the letter dated 15th February, 2018, issued by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, the present petition can be disposed of.

He draws the attention of this Court to Para 7 of the counter affidavit of the respondents, which reads as under:

7. The risk purchase tender No.08165175 opened on 07.03.2018 has been discharged as Risk Purchase is no more tenable, further contractual actions are being initiated.
