The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS or
(439) of CrPC for grant of Regular Bail in case FIR No. 257/2024 under Section 363/376 IPC/ 137(2)/64 BNS and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Learned APP for the State submits that the Status Report has been filed. However, the same is not on record.

Let the Status Report be brought on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2024.

The Learned APP for the State submits that the victim was a minor at the time of the alleged offense. The Learned APP further submits that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
due to the physical relationship established with the petitioner, the victim delivered a child 10 days ago. The Learned APP submits that the case was registered based on the statement of the victim's mother. The Learned APP also submits that, according to instructions, the petitioner was already married. Additionally, the IO plans to file a further charge sheet.

The victim has appeared in person and stated that she married the petitioner of her own free will.

In the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 05.06.2024, the victim stated that she insisted on going with the petitioner and married him.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is granted regular bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the same amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Learned Trial Court, verification of address, and the following conditions: a) the Petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer of the case as and when required; b) the Petitioner shall under no circumstances leave India without prior permission of the Court concerned;
c) the Petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case;
d) the Petitioner shall provide his/her mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer;

e) In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the Petitioner shall intimate the same to the Investigating Officer/ Court concerned by way of an affidavit.
