This Court has elaborately heard arguments addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 23.09.2025, as also on 26.11.2025, after the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking adjournment on 07.11.2025, and rendered the findings qua them on the respective orders dated 23.09.2025 and 26.11.2025.

Today, since learned counsel for the tenant has nothing more to add/ address, over and above what has been recorded vide the said order(s) dated 23.09.2025 and 26.11.2025, there is no reason for the present revision petition to continue.

As such, in furtherance of the categoric findings rendered by this Court in order(s) dated 23.09.2025 and 26.11.2025, the present revision petition is dismissed and the impugned order dated 31.07.2025 passed by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the learned Additional Rent Controller (ARC)-01, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in RC ARC No. 14/2020 is upheld. 4.
However, considering the mandatory period of six months in terms of the Section 14(7) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, is yet to expire, the tenant is liable to vacate the subject premises and handover the peaceful and physical possession thereof to the landlord in compliance with the impugned order dated 31.07.2025, only after expiry of the remaining period.
