The present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeks the following prayers:- "i. pass an order for transfer / clubbing of petitions bearing a) OMP (Comm) No. 18 of 2025 pending before District Judge (Comm-02) Central District, Delhi, b) OMP (Comm) No. 19 of 2025 pending before District Judge (Comm-05) Central District, Delhi, c) OMP (Comm) No. 26 of 2025 pending before District Judge (Comm-09) Central District, Delhi and d) OMP (Comm) No. 29 of 2025 pending before District Judge (Comm04) Central District, Delhi, in the interest of justice), b). Pass any other or further order/s or relief/s, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the tracts and circumstances of the case in favor of the appellant and against the respondent."

The present petition has been filed seeking transfer of the aforesaid connected petitions pending before four different judges. The application under Section 24 CPC was preferred before learned Principal District Judge, Tis Hazari Court, however, the same was dismissed in view of the decision of the learned Single Judge in Namita Gupta Vs Suraj Holdings Ltd.:CM(M) 4571/2023 & CM APPL. 13615/2023 dated 09.01.2024 5.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent accepts notice and fairly does not oppose the present petition. 6.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. 7.

The OMP (Comm) No. 18 of 2025 pending before District Judge (Comm-02) Central District, Delhi; OMP (Comm) No. 19 of 2025 pending before District Judge (Comm-05) Central District, Delhi; OMP (Comm) No. 26 of 2025 pending before District Judge (Comm-09) Central District, Delhi and OMP (Comm) No. 29 of 2025 pending before District Judge (Comm-04) Central District, Delhi be clubbed and be listed before District Judge (Comm02) Central District, Delhi. 8.

The present petition is disposed of.

The order be communicated to the learned Principal District and Session Judge, (Comm-02) Central District, Delhi, for necessary information and compliance.

The parties shall appear before the concerned Court on 12.01.2026. 11.
