The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "(a) direct the respondents to comply the order dated 9-9-2024 passed in W.P. (C) No. 4022/2024 titled as "SUKHVINDER KAUR V/S MCD & ORS." titled as "SUKHVINDER KAUR V/S MCD & ORS," and shall not violate the orders of this court and shall take action under contempt of courts Act for violation of the orders passed by this court and shall take action on the illegal acts/work and construction on the Ground and Basement of property Bearing No. 19, MPL. No. WZ-2-B/1 area measuring 200 Sq. Yards Khasra No. 16/24, situated in the area of village Keshopur colony, known as New Shah Pura, New Delhi-18 and demolish/seal the same;

no.1 & 4 and their officials for filling false and wrong affidavit/undertakings which is mentioned in the order dated 9-92024 and for filling false reports and for willful disobedience of the orders of this court."

Vide order dated 09.09.2024 in W.P.(C) 4022/2024, the following direction was passed: - "3. If the petitioner has any grievance with respect to any part of the building which, according to him, has not been demolished, the petitioner can agitate the same before the Special Task Force (STF) which has been constituted in pursuance of the directions of the Supreme Court vide order dated 24.04.2018 in W.P. (C) 4677/1985 titled as M.C. Mehta v. Union of India."

It is pointed out that the petitioner had thereafter again approached this Court by way of a writ petition, W.P.(C) 3650/2025, seeking similar prayers with respect to the said subject property, as in the previous petition (W.P.(C) 4022/2024) which is pending before the learned Coordinate Bench. 6.

In view of the above, the present petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed and disposed of.
