The petitioner was admitted on an interim bail by order dated 07.10.2024. The petitioner was directed to surrender on or before 21.10.2024. The interim bail was extended, by order dated 14.11.2024 and the petitioner was directed to surrender on or before 25.11.2024.

Concededly, the petitioner had not surrendered till date. 9.

The petitioner now seeks extension of the bail on a medical ground. No application was filed by the petitioner prior to last date of surrender, that is, 25.11.2024. The petitioner has clearly misused the liberty.

The present application is, therefore, dismissed. 11.

The State is at liberty to take all steps for taking petitioner in custody.

The date already fixed on second call, that is, on 13.12.2024, stands cancelled.
