This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.438/2011 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at Police Station: Nand Nagri.

The petition came up for hearing on 08.03.2016 when notice was issued to the respondent No.2 returnable for today i.e.19.08.2016. 3.

Today, neither is there an appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite third call nor have steps been taken by the petitioner for effecting the service of notice on the respondent No.2. 4.

The petitioner does not seem to be interested in prosecuting the

matter.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
