At the very outset, learned counsel for CBSE apprises the Court that the needful has been done and the corrected certificates i.e. Certificate of Migration, Senior School Certificate Examination-2020 and Mark Statement are lying ready in the office of CBSE which may be collected by the petitioner, today itself. He has also shared the copy, thereof, with the Court and with the learned counsel for petitioner during course of hearing. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the above, the petitioner shall collect those today. It is also stated that though the petitioner is left with no grievance in the matter, the needful exercise should have been done within the time frame given by the Court. 3.

Be that as it may, in view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
