He, therefore, does not press the present contempt petition at the moment. However, he seeks liberty to revive the same, in case, eventually, it is learnt that something is yet not done by the respondents, 2.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
