Allow the present petition and initiate contempt proceedings against the alleged contemner(s) for willfully and deliberately disobeying the judgment/order dated 08.04.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (C) No. 3626 of 2025; II. Punish the alleged contemner(s) in accordance with law for their willful and deliberate non-compliance with the binding judicial directions of this Hon'ble Court, thereby ensuring the authority and dignity of this Hon'ble Court are upheld;

III. Impose exemplary costs upon the alleged contemner(s) to deter such deliberate and willful disregard of judicial orders in the future; IV.
