Petitions are disposed of with the liberty to pursue their grievance relating to their delayed appointment being given by the respondent. 4.
It is submitted by counsel for petitioner that by order dated 29th July 2024 directions were issued to the petitioners to permit the respondents to join their services forthwith.

They seek right to approach the Division Bench of this Court, for further directions, considering that there has been a considerable delay in issuing the appointment letters.

Petition is, therefore, disposed of with the liberty to petitioners to approach the Competent Court for seeking this relief. 7.
