The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. Pass an order initiating contempt proceedings against the Contemnor for wilfully disobeying the binding obligations of the Settlement Agreement dated 11.02.2025 mutually executed by the Parties to the present proceedings under the aegis of the Mediation Cell, Saket District Court (South), and judicially recognized by the Ld. JMFC (NI Act) Digital Court-1, South District, Saket Court 01.11.2022 in the matter titled "C.C. No. 6975/ 2022 and 6976/ 2022 tiled "Cain Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. v. Anuj Saxena" b. Pass any other such order(s) which may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the learned Trial Court where the complaint is still pending.
