The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.445/2011 under Sections 364A/368/120B IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 Arms Act registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2011. Statement of material prosecution witnesses have already been recorded. Vide order dated 17.05.2016 it was noted that the material witnesses including the complainant have not supported the prosecution. Additional status report was asked to be furnished by the BAIL APPLN. 454/2016
State indicating specifically if there was any other incriminating circumstance/evidence against the petitioner to connect him with the crime. No additional status report has been filed on record. Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, informed that as per charge-sheet, at present, there is no other incriminating circumstance to connect the petitioner with the crime. 3.
Petitioner's counsel has already placed on record number of orders of the various courts whereby in other criminal cases the petition has been granted bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `1,00,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The application stands disposed of.
