Respondent no. 2, who has been identified by Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, has appeared before this Court through video-conferencing. She states that she is presently living in her parental home, and also withdraws her consent for quashing of the present FIR in the case. 2.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending applications stands dismissed as withdrawn.
