Parties have amicably resolved and settled all their disputes. Mr.R.P.Tiwari appearing on behalf of the petitioner and respondent who appears in person affirm the settlement. In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 08.01.2018. The amount of Rs.1,50,000/- lying deposited with the Registry of this Court shall be released to the respondent. Petition and CM 5779/2013 is disposed of accordingly. Order dasti.
