Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the Appeals have been settled before the National Lok Adalat on 10.05.2025. 2.

In terms of the settlement, the entire awarded amount inclusive of interest shall be released in favour of the Respondents/Claimants less Rs.1,00,000/- and the balance amount which remains to the deposited by the Insurance Company shall be deposited within six weeks from 10.05.2025. 3.

The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

The Appeals stands disposed of in the aforegoing terms. 5.

The next date of hearing i.e., 11.11.2025 stands cancelled.
