% 10.08.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issues involved in the present petition are identical to the controversy involved in W.P.(C) 1873/2016 captioned as 'University of Delhi v. Abner Ingty' and the decision rendered in that matter is also be determinative of the issues in this petition.

Accordingly, the order of the Central Information Commission (CIC) dated 06.11.2015 (which is impugned in the present petition) is set aside and the matter is remanded to the CIC keeping in view the observations made by this Court today in W.P.(C) 1873/2016.
