At the outset, learned counsel for the plaintiff and the defendant nos.1, 2 and 3 submits that the disputes inter-se the plaintiff and the defendant nos.1, 2 and 3 in the present lis have been settled before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC), and the terms thereof have been reduced to writing in the form of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2025, which is forming a part of record. 2.
As such, learned counsel for the plaintiff and the defendant nos.1, 2 and 3 make a joint oral prayer for passing of a consent decree under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2025. 3.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff also submits that, in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2025 arrived inter se the plaintiff and the defendant nos.1, 2 and 3, the plaintiff is not interested in pursuing any The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. further relief(s) against the said defendant nos.1, 2 and 3, and since the defendant nos.4 and 5 are performa party, no reliefs/ claims qua them have been claimed, as such the plaintiff is not interested in pursuing the matter against the said defendant nos.4 and 5 as well. 4.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff and the defendant nos.1, 2 and 3 confirm the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2025 and identify the signatures of their respective clients. 5.
This Court has perused the terms of Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2025 as recorded inter se the plaintiffs and the defendant nos.1, 2 and 3 and finds them to be lawful.

In light of the above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the plaintiff and the defendant nos.1, 2 and 3 as recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2025. 7.
The Registry is directed to draw up a Decree Sheet. 8.
Needless to say, the Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2025, shall form a part of the Decree Sheet, and the parties shall remain bound by the terms thereof.

Accordingly, in view of the above, the present suit, alongwith the pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
