The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'Act'), seeking certain interim reliefs.

This Court vide order dated 24th September, 2025, had passed the following directions:

"20. In view of the above, till the next date of hearing, the respondent will continue to grant approval to the petitioner for serving liquor at the licensed premises on the same terms and conditions as was earlier being granted by the respondent.

21.

To facilitate the aforesaid directions, the respondent shall continue to issue gate passes for entry/exit of necessary goods/materials into the licensed premises as and when requested by the petitioner." 3.

extended by an order passed today in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 799/2025, it is agreed between the parties that the present petition shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Act and shall be decided by the Arbitral Tribunal.

Accordingly, it is directed that the present petition shall be placed before the Sole Arbitrator to be heard and adjudicated as an application under Section 17 of the Act.

Learned Sole Arbitrator shall consider the said application on its own merits without being influenced by any directions passed by this Court. 6.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 7.

This order shall be given Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
