By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking release of the petitioner on emergency parole for a period of three weeks, in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 77/2001, registered at Police Station New Ashok Nagar, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 302/307/392/120-B/34 the of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC'). 2.

Issue notice. Mr. Rahul Tyagi, ASC for the State accepts notice. 3.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner has also filed an application for grant of emergency parole for a period of three weeks before the competent authority, and thus, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
