This is an application filed on behalf of applicant for grant of bail in case FIR No. 0757/2013, under Sections 336/34/307/120B IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Patel Nagar. 2.

After part submissions, Mr. G.S. Thakur, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file fresh application after examination of material witnesses. 3.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.

The trial Court is requested to make best possible endeavor to expedite the recording of statements of all the material witnesses. 5.
