This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that respondents will pay to the appellant a sum of Rs.4.05 lacs in full and final settlement of all claims of the appellant/plaintiff in the present case. Counsel for the respondents has handed over a cheque for the aforesaid amount dated 19.7.2018 bearing no.061898 drawn on State Bank of India, Kohinoor Banjara Premium Banking Centre 8-2-269/4/C&D, Road No.2 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 500034 and on encashment of this cheque all disputes between the parties will stand settled and satisfied which are the subject matter of present litigation.
