Crl.M.C. 881/2016 & Crl.M.A. 3685/2016 (Stay) The only grievance of the petitioner is that he happened to be complainant, rather conditions have been imposed qua him also by the Court below to join the investigation and taking further steps. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that his purpose would be satisfied if the conditions imposed on the petitioner/complainant are made inoperative.

I order accordingly.

The present petition as well as application Crl.M.A. 3685/2016 are disposed of accordingly.
